Combat & motorsport

Boxing, MMA and UFC settle on a single result, as do Formula 1, NASCAR and cycling, so predictions for them reduce to a winner and a handful of refinements. This section names the refinements.

Method of victory and round betting are the combat refinements; podium finishes and fastest laps are the motorsport ones. Cycling and general motorsport share the same finishing-order logic.

Adverts for betting frequently feature sportspeople, and the CAP Code bars anyone who is or appears to be under 25 from a significant role or from being shown gambling. The restriction covers appearances in adverts; the minimum age to bet remains 18.
